  • Get a copy and read the 2019 MRLS (Spanish version available)
  • Weed your yard
  • Park on your driveway only, not the street
  • Don’t work on cars in driveways
  • Don’t trim trees and bushes
  • Keep the front of your house and your carport clean and free of debris
  • Keep children safe around pools


Manager’s Responsibility
  • Maintain streets and driveways
  • Keep grass and weeds out of gutters and public park areas
  • Trim trees and bushes
  • Test pool for pH balance and other required tests, and record results
