About Us


The Vallejo Mobilehome Coalition (VMC) is an all volunteer advocacy group for mobilehome owner and residents. Formed in 2017, our purpose is to promote, maintain, and protect the best interests and rights of our member organizations.

We assist mobilehome residents in Vallejo and the surrounding communities. We do not charge fees for our services. We do not have employees. The annual membership fee of $20.00 helps to offset costs such as rent, printing, legal fees and all costs associated with helping those who ask for our help. 




We provide the following services:

  • A 24-hour hotline to help and assist members
  • Conduct a monthly meeting to educate residents and help handle resident issues
  • Explanation of the Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL), Title 25
  • Explanation of and advice about park rules
  • Limited legal help for members, such as letter writing.
  • A monthly, full color magazine, Mobilehome Magazine, for all residents in their respective local area
  • Access to organizations connected with mobilehome living
  • Access to elected officials
